Hi, My name is Emily. I am Wife to my handsome and very supportive Husband, Mitch. While he may have been the first love of my adult life, our little IVF bundle of joy, Ava is a very close second. (If you ask him, she is the Boss of the house now!)
We have had quite the battle, with some losses to get our little Rainbow baby, with myself being diagnosed with Endometriosis at age 30. We are very blessed in that we did one round of IVF to conceive, we now have a happy and bubbly 18 month old.
Being a first time mother has been a shock to my organised way of life, from the outset Ava was determined to change my plan by the minute ways. In the future we hope it is possible to add to our family.
If you have met me through photography, you may not know I have been a Veterinary Nurse for 15 years. By nature I have a very calm and caring personality and I bring this to my sessions to calm the wildest of toddlers or engage the most stubborn of teenagers.
Photography allows me, the creative flow that I crave as a Capricorn. Taking on Photography and as a first time mum really enjoying motherhood, I have taken a step back from working in the Veterinary Industry.
As a mother, I want to create images for you that are shown to generations yet to be born, those real, tender moments and emotions, captured forever. I use posing prompts to get the special images you see in my portfolio and very very limited stand here and say cheese type images (grandma aways wants one of those!) a dry Dad joke or two to get those REAL haha moments!
